Three flat plans, a 14-day free trial on each, billed through Shopify on your regular invoice. Here is what every tier includes and exactly how to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or leave.

The three plans

Growth — $49/month, flat. The retention core: real-time cohort, retention, and lifetime-value analytics; drift detection with per-customer model confidence; AI-drafted win-backs, reorder nudges, and cross-sells held for your one-click approval; the fully attributed recovered-revenue ledger; and unlimited customers, orders, and drafts. This is where most stores start.

Scale — $199/month, flat. Everything in Growth, plus the outbound channels and integrations as they ship: an email suite and SMS suite that send from Retrics, Klaviyo and ESP handoff to your existing stack, an API and outbound webhooks, advanced holdout and measurement controls, and priority support. Suites and integrations marked "soon" on the pricing page are included the day they ship — the price does not move.

Concierge — $799/month, flat. Everything in Scale, plus WhatsApp, loyalty, and support suites, custom integrations built for your stack, custom model calibration and holdout design, white-glove onboarding and migration, a dedicated success manager with a response SLA, and quarterly retention strategy reviews.

Every plan is flat. There are no per-message, per-customer, or per-order fees anywhere on the ladder — the ladder is breadth, not usage gates.

The 14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You get the full plan during the trial — nothing is watered down — so you can see real cohorts, real risk flags, and real drafts against your own store before you decide.

You approve the charge in Shopify before anything bills. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Flat monthly billing through Shopify

Retrics bills through Shopify's billing system. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice — there is no separate card to enter and no separate account to manage.

Billing is a flat monthly fee at the plan price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Because it runs through Shopify, your subscription, invoices, and payment method all live in your Shopify admin.

Upgrading & downgrading

You can move between plans at any time from your Retrics workspace. Upgrading takes effect immediately, so a new suite or integration is available as soon as you switch, with billing prorated through Shopify.

Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period; you keep the higher plan's features through the period you have already paid for. Your analytics history and recovered-revenue ledger stay intact across any plan change.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin — the same place your subscription lives. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

When you cancel, access continues to the end of the current billing period; you are not billed again after that. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

What happens to your data

Canceling stops billing but does not, on its own, delete your data — so you can resubscribe later and pick up where you left off. To remove your store's data entirely, uninstall the Retrics app from Shopify, which revokes our read access immediately.

On uninstall we stop syncing and begin removing your store's data from production systems, in the ordinary course within 30 days, and we honor Shopify's mandatory data-erasure webhooks. Anything you exported to CSV beforehand remains yours to keep.
