How does the free trial work?
Install from the Shopify App Store, approve the read-only scopes, and Retrics backfills your order history — most stores read their first morning brief the same day. 14 days on the full plan, no credit card; billing only starts if you approve the charge on Shopify's own confirmation screen.
What counts as recovered revenue?
Only orders from customers Retrics flagged and drafted for — minus the ~2.7% of lapsed customers who return on their own. If she was coming back anyway, we don't take the credit. The full method is public at retrics.ai/methodology.
What happens if I cancel?
Uninstall from your Shopify admin and billing stops with your current cycle — no cancellation fee, nothing to phone in. Your exports are yours; we delete our copy of your store data on the schedule in our data-rights policy.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime, in a couple of clicks — Shopify prorates the change on your next invoice. Downgrading keeps your ledger history, scores, and reports intact.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and flat, including Concierge — you can leave any month, which is exactly why we have to keep earning the fee.
