The short version: connect your store, review what the AI drafts, approve what you like, pay through Shopify, and your data stays yours. The precise version follows.
The service
Retrics is an AI-native retention platform for D2C brands It connects to your Shopify store, computes retention and lifecycle analytics, and drafts retention flows for your review.
You approve before anything sends. Retrics never contacts your customers on its own, and you are responsible for the content you approve and for complying with the marketing laws that apply to you (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR consent).
Your account
You need a valid Shopify store and the authority to connect it. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.
Trials & billing
New workspaces start with a free trial. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can cancel any time from Shopify; access continues to the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or overload the systems, no reselling access, and no using Retrics to send spam. We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Your data
Your store's data stays yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics (like average repeat-rate lift) may be used to improve and describe the product.
Numbers & forecasts
Predictions, risk scores, and recovered-revenue estimates are statistical instruments, not guarantees. We show our methodology (including holdout measurement) precisely so you can judge them — trading decisions about your business remain yours.
Warranty & liability
Retrics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retrics's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. You may stop using the service at any time; we may terminate for material breach with notice.
