WHAT SHOPIFY CHARGES
One charge, and Shopify takes it.
$9.95
per store, every 30 days
You approve it in your own admin
Shopify presents the charge and you approve it in your Shopify admin. Retrics never creates it and never takes a card.
What it pays for: the store's connection to Retrics: orders, refunds, payouts and fees read daily.
You cancel it there too
Settings, then Apps and sales channels, in the same admin that approved it. No Retrics screen changes what Shopify charges for this app.

WHAT RETRICS CHARGES
The platform plans are not on that bill.
Flat monthly plans for the cross-channel platform, billed by Retrics. A year costs ten months. They are bought and managed on your Retrics platform account at channels.retrics.ai/platform.
A MONTH
One person, and no card.
A MONTH
Three people on one workspace.
A MONTH
Ten people on one workspace.
A MONTH
Ten people on one workspace. It opens no room that Brand Plus does not.
The amount is the whole charge at every seat count — seats are what a plan includes, never a multiplier on the price. What a plan opens is shown in the product; this page prices it.

THE HONEST ANSWERS
Questions this page invites.
Do I need a platform plan to use the Shopify app?
No. The $9.95 store charge is the app's own charge and Shopify bills it. A platform plan is a separate purchase for the cross-channel product, and the Shopify app never asks for one, never prices one, and never offers a way to buy one.
Can a platform plan ever reach my Shopify invoice?
No. Shopify bills the $9.95 store charge and nothing else from Retrics. A platform plan is billed by Retrics on the Retrics platform, which is a different product with its own account.
Where do I change or cancel each one?
The store charge is cancelled in your Shopify admin, under Settings, then Apps and sales channels — it is a single plan, so there is nothing to change it to. The platform plan is changed or cancelled on your Retrics platform account at channels.retrics.ai/platform. Neither one is touched from the other's screen.
Why is the platform billed somewhere else?
Because it is a different product. It reads channels a Shopify store does not hold, it is sold to brands that need not run on Shopify at all, and Shopify App Pricing bills a store rather than a brand.
Is the app open yet?
The work is real. The door is not open yet. The Shopify listing is not published, so the app cannot be installed from the App Store today. The prices here are decided — the Channels plan is configured in Shopify's Partner Dashboard — and they are what is charged when it opens.
