Q01Can Retrics contact a customer on its own?
No — and not on your approval either: sending from Retrics is unavailable in this release, so approving freezes the audience and authorises the campaign-safe export you send yourself. That gate is platform policy rather than a setting you could misconfigure. AI drafting is off today: Retrics won’t send model-written copy until it can mechanically prove a draft carries no discount, deadline or offer you never authorised. You write the message — the audience, the holdout and the campaign-safe export are unchanged. If a machine ever writes a word here, it will arrive marked in violet and wait for exactly the approval your own copy waits for.
Q02Can I change a message before it goes out?
Yes — subject, body, audience, and timing stay editable right up to approval. What you approve is exactly what lands in the campaign-safe export — and Retrics does not deliver it, in this release or on any approval. You send it from your own platform.
Q03Why does the queue hold some customers back?
Because a claim needs a control — a tenth of every contacted audience, held out of contact. Below twenty customers none is carved at all, since a holdout that small proves nothing and costs you reach, and the row says so. The recovered-revenue figure is withheld today. The holdout is still carved and never messaged on every eligible send, so the evidence accumulates — but the comparison is being rebuilt to count only the customers a message actually reached, and Retrics won’t publish a dollar measured over anything looser.
Q04Does Retrics replace my email platform?
No, and it doesn't try to. Retrics predicts, ranks, and keeps the receipts; your email platform sends. Approved audiences export as a campaign-safe CSV — already shaped for a Klaviyo import — so the deliverability and templates you've invested in keep working. Sending from Retrics, including the native Klaviyo handoff, is unavailable in this release.
