Where does the profile data come from?
From your Shopify store, through read-only scopes: customers, orders, and products. Retrics computes everything else — health, cadence, return probability — on top of that history. It never writes to your store.
How current is a profile?
Profiles are re-scored on every sync as orders land, so the health score and predicted window you see reflect her latest order — not last month's export.
Can I export a list?
Yes. Every list and segment exports to CSV, and audiences can be handed off to Klaviyo for sending. Your data stays yours.
